Employee Transitions

  1. ERT has transitioned over 200 staff in the last 18 months with very high retention rates.
  2. Our HR staff and managers work with each individual to make sure each person is treated fairly, and to address all of his or her concerns.
  3. Our managers are people-oriented and service oriented (and they’ve been transitioned themselves, so they know how it feels).
  4. You can always go to your new on-site manager with questions or concerns.
  5. We contact all employees whose work will be covered under the new contract immediately after contract award to set up group and individual contacts.
  6. Offer letters are issued starting at the end of the first week after award.
