ERT Chosen to Provide NWS IT Help Desk Support
July 21, 2011— Under our NOAALink contract, ERT was chosen to assist the IT specialists located at the National Weather Service Eastern Region Headquarters in Bohemia NY in IT desktop support.
ERT will provide desk-side hardware and software support for PCs and laptops for approximately 50 users. The contract period of performance is one base year with four 12-month option years. It has a potential value of $620K.
